Conference in 2010 is in Plymouth, so the conference team are starting of as they mean to go on, working for a fun filled weekend...Howard Hughes from The Rotary Club of Machen is the Conference Chairman, Kelly Truan is our link and friend at the Plymouth Pavillions and she is getting into the fun element, Then Christine Bayliss from the Rotary Club of Brynmawr is the Conference Registrar, Then ME and last but not least Alan Thorpe of the Rotary Club of Abertillery and Blaina who is the Conference Secretary...missing from this visit was Philip the Conference Treasurer and Bill our PRO and IT man...you will meet them in the future...
